Application Process

Jobs posted to the Erickson Senior Living Careers site offer different ways to apply, depending on the role:

Some jobs will ask for your name, email address, and cell phone number, and give you the option to upload your resume.

Other jobs will ask you to start the application process by uploading your resume and filling out the application online, or by using your LinkedIn account to complete parts of the application.

If you do not see a job posting you would like to apply to at this time, you can always click “Join Our Talent Network” on the side of the job search page to request email alerts when new jobs are posted in your areas of interest.

Yes, if you have created an account on our Careers Site, you can save your application and log in later to complete your application.

You can upload either DOC, DOCX, HTML, PDF, or TXT file types (5MB max) for resumes and cover letters.

You do not need to submit a CV to apply; however, it is recommended that you add your skills and experience to the application. Resumes are a great way to show your skills and expertise!

Some jobs offer the ability to apply using your LinkedIn profile. After clicking apply, you might notice a LinkedIn button near the bottom of your screen. This will direct you to LinkedIn’s website, where you can apply using your LinkedIn account. During the application process, you are also given the option to add your LinkedIn profile to your application.

Creating an account is highly encouraged. An account allows you to save your application, review your application status, and is necessary to receive an offer.

Application Status

When you apply, an automated email message will be generated, letting you know that your application has been received.

You can check the status of your application by logging into your candidate account by visiting www.Ericksonseniorlivingcareers.com and clicking on Returning Applicants near the top of the page. After you sign in, click the Candidate Home tab at the top of the page.

Not Submitted: Your application is still in progress and has not been entered into our system.

In Process, Under Consideration: Your application has been successfully submitted and is being reviewed.

Not Moving Forward: We will not be advancing you in the recruitment process for this position.

If you are chosen to move forward, a recruiter will contact you. Timing may vary based on the number of applicants.

Technical Support

You can reset your password by clicking the “Forgot your password” link on the Returning Applicants sign-in page.

Interviews

A member of our recruitment team will contact you via email, phone, or text.

Background Checks

Background checks are required for all applicants over the age of 18.
