Erickson Senior Living is looking for a talented and motivated recruiter to support our Corporate Talent Acquisition’s Central Recruitment team, based in Catonsville, MD. The CRT provides regional support for current community needs, as well as future growth and expansion for all of Erickson’s communities. Qualified candidates must be able to recruit for high volume positions, while identifying opportunities to improve process, decrease vacancy rates and drive enterprise-wide best practices.
How you will make an impact:
- Full Cycle Recruitment: Source passive and active candidates, create recruitment plans, proactively source to identify and recruit candidates, post jobs, search resumes, interview talent, schedule additional interviews, determine appropriate pay, create and extend offers.
- Build strong relationships with all departments in our communities, establishing the foundation as an SME in talent acquisition, strategy and compensation.
- Share and encourage enterprise-wide best practices in all areas of recruitment
- Ability to lead recruitment efforts on demand, serving as a point of contact for HR, Hiring Managers and departments. This requires the ability to pivot quickly to cover our most pressing needs!
- Build relationships with regional partners to ensure alignment among home office and community process
- Become an integral member of the team by working with community HR teams and hiring managers to understand current and future workforce needs and implement improvements to staffing processes, including sourcing and selection.
- Create candidate pipelines for your region, including attending networking events and expanding school resources and relationships to include both student and alumni programs. Support hiring events, provide education and training as needed
What you will need:
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience is required.
- Full Cycle recruitment experience is strongly desired
- Strong understanding of ATS systems; knowledge of Workday preferred
- Proven record of high volume recruitment with the ability to create and follow up with proactive recruitment strategies
- Ability to communicate with regional partners, hiring managers, candidates and other team members. Ability to serve as a recruitment subject matter expert in workforce planning calls, team calls and follow up meetings.
- Work hours must be flexible to cover different time zones, if needed.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience, range is $68-78k per year with annual bonus potential opportunity
