How you will make an impact
Since staying connected and engaged is such an important part of life at Highland Springs, we continued to ensure residents were informed, entertained, and stimulated in 2024, both in person and virtually. Some of the programs and events included the following:
- Monthly slide deck – created to include every event advertised in the monthly calendar
- New Resident Tips & Trips slide deck
- Weekly Event Slide deck confirmed based off of weekly Calendar sent to Senior Leaders for Monday Community Update
- Town Hall, high level of events and activities across Resident Life taking place in the coming month
- New Resident Orientation – monthly occurrence on 2nd Thursday
- Maintain and update slide deck
- Create, maintain list of new residents to invite
- Create and distribute invites
- Record RSVPs, call invitees if needed
- Set up presentation in room with print out available
- Record resident participation
- New Resident Survey
- Receive list from Home Office and distribute Letter via cubby & email.
- Call residents who may need assistance
- Offer in person support for survey at NRO
- Record list and compare to NRO list for similar time period
- Resident Event Weekly Poster creation and distribution
- Highland Springs Resident Life Calendar
- Update shared Calendar monthly based on monthly Calendar
- Add/remove team member birthdays, work anniversaries
- Update and maintain Team information excel sheet with birthdays, work anniversaries, and personal likes.
Compensation: Commensurate upon experience starting around $18.00 per hour.
What you will need
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum of 3 years as a secretary or administrative assistant in a professional office setting
