Highland Springs by Erickson Senior LivingAs our Sales Manager, you’ll work in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment, assisting the Director of Sales in managing the daily activities of our community sales department. This role serves as a training ground for individuals who are interested in advancing to the role of Sales Director in the future.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $80,000.00 per year, plus a generous bonus and commission plan.
How you will make an impact
Management of the sales office when the sales director is out of the office
Weekly reporting, including a summary of the office activity and an analysis of the results of our key sales indicators (kit requests, luncheon attendance, deposits, reservations, settlements, back-outs, etc.)
Direct responsibility for the pre-sales area of the office
Direct responsibility for all sales programs that accelerate the sales curve for the Priority List
Assistance with sales process management and tracking of key sales data
Assistance with the management of our data entry and reporting process, move-in process, and event program
Build and solidify successful partnerships within the community and corporate marketing department
What you will need
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience required.
Minimum of 1 year of management experience is required.
High level leadership skills; ability to manage, coach and motivate others
Effective process and project management skills
