Join our team as a full-time Custom Interior Design Assistant. You will manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate events, handle data entry, field calls, and provide key administrative support—all while ensuring confidentiality. Compensation: Starting at $20.00/hour

How you will make an impact

  • Market standard and upgrade finish and product options to future residents.
  • Contact future residents to share product knowledge, discuss pricing and answer process related questions.
  • Meet with future residents to aid them in the selection of custom finishes and products; provide pricing, process and product specification information on their selections.
  • Log all upgrade deposits and deliver checks/credit card authorizations to the Finance Department.
  • Update Finance, at the end of each month, so that all checks for completed work are applied to that month’s revenue.
  • Schedule appointments with incoming residents of newly reserved apartments/homes to choose pre-determined finish selections.
  • Track all other upgrades and/or changes of interest to a new resident upon turnover from construction on a master spreadsheet.
  • Collect all upgrade money received and needed to close-out the selection process.
  • Prioritize work in a dynamic environment and develop a highly organized, detail-oriented process; calendar, records, reports, statistics, invoices, etc.
  • Provide clear communication and support to the Custom Interior Coordinator and Sales Counselor on current projects
  • Assist with creating and/or updating documents and reports using various software, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information

What you will need

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with ServiceMax or work order ticketing system preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years as a secretary or administrative assistant in a professional office setting
  • Exceptional customer service skills
