How you will make an impact
Oversee day-to-day operations of the continuing care assurance programs, and quality assessments while keeping the business on track for its long-term goals and mission
Develop and implement a community-wide resident relations program to meet residents’ needs and to ensure resident quality and service
Implement approaches to identifying and retaining talented individuals for future growth who are focused on driving excellence through people and culture development
Monitor community performance; review and analyze financial management reports, Key Performance Indicators, and workforce/executive dashboards
Establish positive rapport with regulatory agencies; keep current on changes in federal, state, and local regulations; ensure compliance with all licensing agencies including overseeing license renewals .
Develop and maintain partnerships with the community as well as with the Regional Home Office Team
Responsible for the marketing, public relations, census development, and management of the Continuing Care Admissions process
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience starting at $150000.00 / year
What you will need
Must be a licensed Nursing Home Administrator
Minimum of 3 years’ experience healthcare management preferred
Possess broad knowledge of the theory and practice of long-term care administration; possess specialized knowledge of the needs of the elderly in the long-term care setting.
Financial Management skills; business acumen; familiarity with business practice and principles
