Join our team as a Security and Emergency Services Officer II (EMR/EMT) at our gated retirement community. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing our Security and Emergency Services programs and providing outreach within the community.

Compensation: varies by position. Please view the specific requisition for more information. Positions are hourly.

Assistant Security and Emergency Services Supervisor - assists in providing supervision and oversight to his/her assigned shift. Perform regular patrols of the property, staffing of the gatehouse, and responds to emergency and routine calls for service.

Emergency Medical Responder/Security Officer - The team member in this security role will perform regular patrols of the property, provide relief staffing for the gatehouse, and respond to emergency and routine calls for service. He/she will also enforce all traffic and parking regulations and respond to calls for service from dispatch and security.

Gatehouse Officer - In this role you will staff the Gatehouse entrance to the community and deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality, while fostering an environment of safety and security.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license/ 18 years of age or older
• Prior experience in Security and/or Emergency Medical Services is preferred
• Current CPR for Healthcare Providers certification
• Current Emergency Medical Responder certification (preferred)
• MD Guard Card (preferred)

(Higher level certification/licensure is acceptable as a condition of hire, however, new hires will be required to obtain EMR & Guard Card certification within 30 days)
