Compensation: starting at $75,000, based on experience

Join our team as Resident Life Manager who provides leadership and support to some or all of the following departments: Resident Services, Community Resources, the Volunteer Program, Wellness, Fitness/Aquatic Center, Community TV, Pastoral Ministries, and Intermissions, creating and offering opportunities for resident engagement and enhanced quality of life.

How you will make an impact

  • Support our independent living residents in the community, ensuring a successful life experience while promoting the social, psychological, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual needs of those living in the community
  • Plan and develop the budget and Quality Assurance Performance Improvement strategy
  • Support the successful integration of person-centered, strengths-based programs and services for all residents.
  • Ensures compliance with all federal, state, local, and facility regulations and policies
  • Recruit, hire, supervise, train, and support staff of the highest quality in each division of Resident Services. 

What you will need 

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • The passion and desire to work with the elderly; understanding of the aging process and the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents
