We are hiring a Director of Resident Life, a strategic leader who champions the quality of life for our residents, and provides oversight to several departments focused on residents’ experiences and well-being. The Director will lead Resident Life teams who support the social, psychological, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual needs of our residents. We are looking for a strong leader who can enhance and evolve our programs and services, drive resident interactions and engagement throughout the community, and provide support to residents as they transition to higher levels of care -- all in support of our mission “to help people live better lives.”

Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $110,000 annually.

How you will make an impact
Provide programmatic oversight to the following departments within Resident Life: Community Resources, Philanthropy, Fitness, Community TV, Pastoral Ministries, Intermissions, Resident Services, Home Support, Certified Home Health.
Serve as primary liaison with resident committees and groups, to support a vibrant resident culture and diversity of experiences.
Support the role of Resident Life in the successful integration of person-centered, strengths-based programs and services for all residents.
Develop and maintain a consistent and qualitative needs assessment of the population and provide high-quality responses to those needs.
Manage the overall operations of the Resident Life department while meeting or exceeding federal, state, and local regulations and appropriate quality and service standards.
Oversee the development of resident relations program to meet residents’ needs and ensure resident quality and service.
Supervise and support a professional staff of the highest quality in each division of Resident Life.
What you will need
Healthcare experience preferred
Minimum of 5 years management experience with progressively more responsible positions
