Join our team as a Move-in Coordinator, handling the logistics of resident move-ins and coordinating with external vendors for apartment customization. You will interact with residents, family members, department managers, and various external professionals.

Compensation: $29 per hour

How you will make an impact

  • Support the Welcome Home Representative’s role by providing behind the scene coordination of the move-in process.
  • Manage the logistics and scheduling related to new resident move-ins.
  • Coordinate with other community departments details of the moving in process.
  • Oversee moving day arrangements, including meeting and directing movers, parking, locking elevators, posting move-in signs, and problem-solving for residents when moving logistical issues arise.

What you will need

  • Experience as a care provider serving the senior population preferred
  • Analytical skills to evaluate problems and develop alternative solutions related to resident transition and move-in/out
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and variety of software programs
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
