The Marketing Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing the lifecycle for projects within the Marketing and Communications department and product offerings on the company online storefront, Erickson Branded Solutions (EBS). This position leverages robust work management and service management platforms to maintain real-time status for all projects and products from request to completion, ensuring that all internal and external deadlines are met, and incidents are resolved to client satisfaction.

This position is 3 days per week (24 hours per week).  There is a possibility for this role to become full time in the future.

Compensation:  $26.00 per hour, plus eligibility for annual bonus

How you will make an impact

• Executes the addition and removal of products on our company online storefront (EBS).

• Supports customer service activities, including responding to emails, chats, and customer inquiries through various channels

• Pre-screens project requests at submission and delegates project tasks based on individual/team capacity.

• Develops and maintains project schedules for high-volume demand. 

• Prioritizes workflow and ensures project tasks and deadlines are met; maintains accurate status of all current projects.   

• Assesses project risks or issues and identifies efficient solutions.

• Initiates and facilitates project stakeholder meetings while providing timely follow up and action items. 

• Obtains necessary stakeholder approvals prior to releasing final files.

What you will need

• At least 1 year of relevant experience or internship

• Detail oriented and organized with project management skills

• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple deadlines

• Ability to pick up new tools and technology quickly
