- Greeting and directing residents and visitors.
- Operating the switchboard and directs calls efficiently.
- Alerting Security to all emergencies.
- Assisting with sorting and distribution of residential and office mail.
- Creating and maintaining bi-weekly work schedules for all Communications Staff.
- Assisting with evaluation and coaching of the Communications Specialist.

What you will need:
- Previous Office Management experience.
- Previous experience covering a front desk or switchboard.
- High School diploma or GED.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
