Windsor Run by Erickson Senior LivingWe are hiring a part-time licensed clinical social worker to join our growing physician-lead geriatrics practice.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $56,000 per year (includes base + bonus + incentive) .

What you will need:
- Social Work degree (BSW or MSW) required
- Clinically Licensed Social Work – highest licensure in the state - required
- Minimum of three years of social work experience is required (In a health care setting preferred)
- Knowledge of geriatric population, case management and dementia preferred
