Join our team as a Staff Development Manager. The Staff Development Manager will Lead effective strategies for training, development and retention of staff for the Dining Services Department

What you will need 

• Minimum of 3 years of GM experience; Education will be considered in lieu of experience
• Proven experience managing and motivating in a customer service environment. 
• Related experience in food service, an educational food service management program, or experience in recruitment, staff development and training with an ability to learn food service.
