We are hiring a Regional Director of Facilities & Engineering who will be responsible for oversight and operations of Plant Operations/Engineering/Maintenance/Plumbing Services, Safety, and Construction support for all Erickson Senior Living managed communities. This includes the development, implementation, and administration of policies, procedures, and standards of work for these areas that are consistent with Erickson Senior Living strategies and objectives.

Compensation:
- Commensurate with experience from $120,000 - $130,000 annually
How you will make an impact
Provide leadership and guidance and specific action plans as it relates to the proper care and maintenance of all major equipment and facility systems installed in Erickson Senior Living communities.
Work with community General Services departments to troubleshoot and triage any significant repair and maintenance initiatives.
Provide support and technical expertise in the areas of plant management, engineering, HVAC, and Life Safety.
Assist with the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs for all major equipment.
Assist with the implementation of energy savings initiatives to reduce overall energy consumption and to ensure efficient use of equipment
Work in partnership with Dining Services, Health Services, Medical Operations, and Administration in developing and implementing quality program initiatives related to plant management.
Ensure that facilities are maintained in accordance with industry standards, regulatory and accrediting bodies, and organizational objectives.
What you will need
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Facilities, Plant Operations, Maintenance, or Engineering 5 years’ experience in management required.
CPMM certification required within a year
Must have expertise in NFPA codes and requirements.
Must have experience in large facilities preferably in excess of 20 million square feet. Multi-site management is preferred.
Experience in construction and development projects, specifically experience that includes a projects' beginning design phase, is required
