Join our team as a Interfaith Programs Coordinator (Pastoral Ministries Coordinator), a member of our Resident Life Team. This individual will plan, develop and implement programs that focus on the spiritual life of the community.  

This is a Full-Time role Mon-Fri 8:30a-5p. Benefits eligible.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience from $58,000-$65,000 annually.

How you will make an impact

• Managing all pastoral functions, including establishing faith communities on campus, providing opportunities for worship, education, and outreach
• Developing and maintaining relationships with incoming residents concerning their religious preferences and interests
• Connecting with area clergy and congregations to be informed of accessibility and programs
• Leading functions to enhance the atmosphere of outreach and fellowship in the community
• Ensuring that appropriate notifications occur for resident deaths, funerals, and hospitalizations in accordance with state regulations
• Acting as a liaison between Pastoral Ministries and Continuing Care

What you will need 

• Minimum of 2 years work experience in a chaplain role in hospice, hospital, or skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Ordination credentials preferred.
• Four units completed in a Clinical Pastoral Education program preferred
