Join our amazing Environmental Services team as a Housekeeping Team Lead to support our gated retirement community. All of our clients live within our community, so there is no travel involved!

How you will make an impact

· Providing leadership, direction, and support to the Housekeepers under the

guidance of the Housekeeping Supervisor and Housekeeping Manager

· Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of assigned areas.

· Completing assigned work orders and following a detailed schedule

· May be asked to assist with set-ups, requiring movement of furniture.

· Scheduling and supervising daily work assignments

· Training, mentoring and coaching new employees.

What you will need

· Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Housekeeping.

· Previous experience in a leadership role (preferred)

· Must have excellent, customer service, communication and problem-solving

skills

· Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations

· Ability to lead a team

Full-time position: 7:30a-4:00p

Week 1 = Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 

Week 2=Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Friday

Compensation: commensurate with experience starting at $17.25/ hour
