The Clinical Health Care Counselor is responsible for presenting and selling Continuing Care to prospective external and current internal residents. 

Compensation: Commensurate with experience up to $80,000 / year.  

How you will make an impact:

  • Tour prospective external residents and current internal residents through the Continuing Care, offering an overview of the community, health care offerings, pricing, amenities, and availability.
  • Counsel with decision-making (floor plan, timing, etc) and sell prospect's entry onto the appropriate waiting list.
  • Initiate contact with and pursue contact with standby list members with the goal of reoccupying available Continuing Care units.
  • Supervise the coordination of move-in dates, admissions, and transfer of residents throughout the continuum.
  • Develop and implement of Quarterly Strategic Sales and Marketing Plan (in collaboration with Corporate Health Care Sales partners).
  • Coordinate all aspects of the education and ongoing training process for the health care sales team. 
  • Collaborate and communicate with community health care professionals to secure approval for admissions and notify relevant parties of impending admissions.

What you will need:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Continuing Care service line sales preferred.
  • Experience in assessing prospective hospitalized residents to determine eligibility for skilled nursing care required.
