We are hiring a Pastoral Ministries Manager to join our team. The Pastoral Ministries program focuses on the spiritual life of the community as well as the nurturing of an inclusive, community-wide outreach fellowship.
How you will make an impact:
- Managing all functions to include: administration, worship, education, and outreach
- Coordinating the ministry program as it relates to residents and staff.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with incoming residents concerning religious preferences and interests
- Participating in community clinical activities as appropriate
- Assessing the quality of life environment to help determine the short/long term direction of the ministry program
- Ensuring appropriate notifications for resident deaths, funerals, and hospitalizations in keeping with HIPAA and state regulations

What you will need:
- Graduate degree from an accredited seminary or divinity school preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of religious leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $65,000 annually
